Leo’s career began as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets where he recognized that the firms’ lack of cutting-edge technology was preventing operational efficiency amongst its junior staff. Leo led an effort to modernize the technology of the investment banking division at RBC Capital Markets before leaving to develop his technical knowledge further in the software industry. After several years of developing and learning modern software development techniques and solutions, Leo decided to use his comprehensive understanding of hardware and software to address the technological challenges of the financial services industry.
